Patrick is an occupational health physician with over 19 years of experience in the energy sector. He is adept at aligning occupational health needs and services with business realities to optimize productivity, reduce liability, and improve organizational health and wellness. Patrick provides leadership and operational guidance by assessing and managing health-related risks inherent in business opportunities in the oil and gas sector.

He started his career in the industry in 2004 with Transocean and rose to become the regional medical advisor for Africa and the Mediterranean. He joined OES energy services in 2017 as the Occupational Health Manager and currently works as General Manager, Occupational Health. He has managed the delivery of remote medical support services in twenty countries across two continents. Patrick chaired the committee that produced the “Occupational Health Guidelines and Standards for Medical Assessment of Fitness to Work in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria”.

Patrick is a medical doctor and holds an MSc in Occupational Medicine from the University of Manchester and is an Associate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Royal College of Physicians, London.
