Ibinabo is an HR Practitioner with over twenty years work experience in various sectors of the economy including Banking, Manufacturing,Consulting and Oil & Gas where she had at different times, headed the Human Resources Department. She had worked as Human Resource Manager at UACN plc and Head of HR & Administration at The Daisy Management Centre, Emzor Pharmaceuticals Limited and Alkanes Petroleum & Gas Ltd.

Ibinabo oversees the People Function of OES Energy Services Ltd which includes talent acquisition, talent and organizational development, total rewards, people partnering and Human Resource operations.

Ibinabo is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) She holds an MBA (Human Resource Management) and is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) and a Senior Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resource Management(SHRM-SCP).
