'Damilare Asuni has over 15 years progressive finance experience within indigenous and global multi-million-dollar organisations with significant operating scale and complexity.

Since joining OES Energy Services, he has led the execution of various growth and expansion strategies including the establishment of strategic alliances, divestment of non-core businesses and fund-raising exercises.

Prior to joining OES Energy Services Limited, 'Damilare worked at KPMG Professional Services - Financial Advisory Division, providing consulting services comprising M&A advisory, divestment support, capital raise assistance, regulatory reporting for bond issuance, and financial due diligence across various sectors of the Nigerian economy.

'Damilare holds a degree in Economics from University of Lagos, Nigeria, he is a CFA Charter holder, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and serves on the board of other companies.
