Belema has over 10 years of in-depth experience across multiple roles in corporate legal and compliance practice.

Before joining OES as a Governance Officer, she started her career with Oando PLC where she functioned in several roles and gained exposure to the many facets of corporate legal practice.

She is a certified Ethics officer and holds an LLB. Hons from the University of Jos, Nigeria. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.
